The Level 3 Award in Workplace Coaching for Team Leaders and First Line Managers introduces the key aspects of coaching in the workplace.

The Level 3 Certificate for Professional Workplace Coaches is aimed at participants who will be significantly involved in workplace coaching – within an organisation or as a freelancer.

The Level 5 Certificate in Coaching and Mentoring in Management  aims to provide practising managers with the knowledge, skills and confidence to perform effectively as coaches or mentors as part of their normal work role.

The Level 5 Diploma for Professional Management Coaches and Mentors is aimed at participants who will be significantly involved in management coaching/mentoring, within an organisation or as a freelancer.

The Level 7 Certificate in Executive Coaching and Leadership Mentoring aims to provide practising senior leaders/managers (or those working in a training and development role) with the knowledge, skills and confidence to perform effectively as coaches/mentors as part of their normal work role.

The Level 7 Diploma for Professional Executive Coaches and Leadership Mentors is aimed at participants who will be significantly involved in executive coaching/leadership mentoring, within an organisation or more likely as a freelancer.

These programmes will:

•  develop your knowledge and skills necessary for the coaching role

•  develop the skills you need to plan and work within a real coaching relationships

The successful completion of the programmes will enable you to gain a nationally recognised specialist vocational qualifications at Levels 3,5 or 7, awarded by the Institute of Leadership and Management (ILM).

Coaching practice with 2-3 real coachees will be an integral part of the qualifications. Several hours of practical coaching activity will be conducted between and after your workshops, guided by tutorial support and a personal coach of your own from the inspired2learn team.
