The Level 5 Certificate in Coaching and Mentoring in Management  aims to provide practising managers with the knowledge, skills and confidence to perform effectively as coaches or mentors as part of their normal work role.

The Level 5 Diploma for Professional Management Coaches and Mentors is aimed at participants who will be significantly involved in management coaching/mentoring, within an organisation or as a freelancer.

What to do next?

You will be assigned a personal tutor who you will be able to contact by phone and e-mail. The course fees include learning materials, awarding body registration, assessment and ongoing telephone and e-mail support. There are no hidden extras.

These programmes will:

•  develop your knowledge and skills necessary for the coaching role

•  develop the skills you need to plan and work within a real coaching relationships

The successful completion of the programmes will enable you to gain a nationally recognised specialist vocational qualifications at Levels 3 and 5, awarded by the Institute of Leadership and Management (ILM).

Coaching practice with 2-3 real coachees will be an integral part of the qualifications. Several hours of practical coaching activity will be conducted between and after your workshops, guided by tutorial support and a personal coach of your own from the inspired2learn team.
